40 years of Waste Management in Austria – Conclusions and Recommendations for Developing Countries
Within the past 40 years Austria has developed internationally outstanding competence in sustainable waste management.
Most of the successes were accompanied by some trial and error, thus valuable know-how is now available from senior experts in order to avoid similar mistakes in the urgently needed development of waste management in other countries.
