Der Einbezug von Umweltbelangen ins Agrarrecht der Schweiz Eine agrarumweltrechtliche Bestandsanalyse
This article examines the integration of ecological requirements into Swiss agricultural policy. Firstly historically, then on the basis of the relevant legal provisions at the various legislative levels and finally according to the main contents. The direct payments and means of production legislation crystallise as central areas of law. By analysing the underlying methodology and making selective legal comparisons with the law of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy, both similarities and differences between the two legal systems become apparent.
