Fragmentierung beim Lärmschutz
Die Staatsrechtslehrertagung 2017 hat sich mit dem Thema Fragmentierungen befasst. In seinem Vortrag beklagte der Gießener Staatsrechtslehrer Franz Reimer die zu beobachtende unkontrollierte Spezialisierung im Verwaltungsrecht, die ein breites Nebeneinander von Sonderdogmatiken sowie Transparenzverluste und Ungleichbehandlungen zur Folge habe.
The author deals with the fragmentation of noise protection laws in European and German law. She identifies different noise sources and sets out the different regulations and laws in European law, German federal law and State law, their implementation and consequences of their application. A special focus lies on privileged traffic noise compared to noises concerning sports and sports grounds, as well as major events and children's noise.
