The Allegory of Stupidity and Waste

Although having innovative and groundbreaking (recycling)technologies to our hands we do understand to ignore their potential, or simply not understand it at all. Therefore, an interrogative pronoun is being raised towards these following few lines on a waste management paradox: why? Instead of arguing with highly sophisticated case studies and socio-cultural research, this work focuses more on a dull approach to answer the previous question.
